Center City Collision is an independent informational website about collision repair and the steps that follow a car accident, written for drivers in Ohio with a focus on the Cincinnati area. It is a guide, not a business that repairs cars, sells insurance or gives legal advice.
What this site is, and is not
The site publishes plain-English explanations of things drivers run into after a crash: claims, estimates, parts, paint, structural repair, rental cars, total losses and value loss. It does not take repair work, give quotes, recommend or rank particular shops, or process claims.
Not affiliated. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any business that previously used this domain name, or to any business with a similar name, wherever it operates. References to the name on this site describe a guide, not a company that serves customers. If you are looking for a particular repair shop, use its official website or a business directory to find it.
How the guides are written
- Sources first. Ohio statutes and administrative rules are cited by section, such as Ohio Revised Code 4549.02 on stopping after a crash, or Ohio Administrative Code 3901-1-54 on insurer claim practices, with links to the official text where they exist.
- Local pages where they exist. Where the City of Cincinnati publishes its own procedure, such as its pothole damage claim page, we point to it.
- Numbers are labeled. Any figure that comes from a government agency or published report is attributed. Price ranges are general orientation, not offers, and they should be checked with a provider.
- Uncertainty is stated. When a point depends on your policy, your vehicle or a court's reading of the facts, the guide says so rather than guessing.
