We listen to you, finding out what you need. Then, we get to know your vehicle pretty intimately. We take pictures. We collect some basic information like your VIN number, production date and mileage.

After that, we write a thorough estimate. We hope the TV and refreshments will hold you over, while we run everything we’ve seen and heard through our estimating system.

Once we’ve dotted all the i’s, we review the estimate with you line-by-line. Before you head out of our body shop, you’ll know what kind of repairs we’re doing and what parts we need to order. Of course, sometimes there’s damage we can’t see, but if we run into any, we document it with photos and call you and your insurance company right away.

At this point, you tell us what you need.
